1. Returns

Customers may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • It is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
  • All Courier Costs are for your account.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Undergarments, swimwear without hygiene seals, and earrings.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect.
  • Shipping and courier fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives an item that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered:

  • We will offer a full refund, exchange, or repair, depending on the customer’s preference.
