1. Returns
Customers may return eligible items under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- It is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
- All Courier Costs are for your account.
Non-returnable items include:
- Undergarments, swimwear without hygiene seals, and earrings.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
2. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect.
- Shipping and courier fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives an item that is defective, damaged, or not as ordered:
- They must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- We will offer a full refund, exchange, or repair, depending on the customer’s preference.
